You have 14 days from delivery to return your order, no reason needed.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, in its original condition and packaging.
- We refund your payment within 14 days of your notice. We may wait until the item is back or you've shown proof of sending it.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Send us a photo and we replace it or refund you, return shipping included.
This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law, including your legal guarantee.
