Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return your Foldelle, no reason needed.

How to return

Tell us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page, with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but you don't have to.
We reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.
Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

We refund your payment, including standard delivery costs if you paid any, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using your original payment method. We may wait until the item is back or you've shown proof of sending it. Return shipping is paid by the customer. If you return part of a bundle, we refund the price you paid per item in that bundle.
