Free tracked shipping on every order within the European Union.

• We ship to all 27 EU member states.
• Processing time: 1–3 business days.
• Delivery time: 8–14 business days after processing.
• You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
• No import fees at delivery: duties and VAT are handled before your order ships.

Delays and lost parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us. We trace it, and if it can't be found we send a replacement or refund you in full.

Changing your address

Please check your address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to change it. Once your order has shipped, we can't redirect it.
